MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Business idea
- Bank statement with min 28 800 euro for main applicant
- University degree is required
- Social security per business owner / director 89€ / month (this amount can change annually)
Benefits
- Residency for 3 years with a renewal for 2 more years

- Permanent Residency: After 5 years (must stay in Spain 183+ days/year).
- Citizenship: After 10 years (must stay 183+ days/year).
- Family reunification:
- The spouse and minor children of the applicant are eligible for a multi-year residence permit, allowing them to work and study in Spain
- No minimum stay requirement. Current minimum presence requirement: 1 day per year
- No language skills required.

STEPS

- Collection and verification of visa documentation
- Arrangement of certified translations
- Completion of the visa application form
- Submission of the application
- Biometrics
- Receiving residency cards in 1 month
- Opening a corporate bank account
